Instructions for abstract submission
Please note that there is a change as shown below concerning submission by corresponding authors.
In order to complete abstract submission and registration processes, you are requested to create your own “My page”. When you push “Abstract Submission” button in this page, you can find “Create My Page” button in another window. After creating “My page”, your password will be delivered automatically to your e-mail address. If you don’t receive your password within a day, please contact to sces2013@prime-pco.com.
You can login to your own “My page” with your ID (your e-mail address) and password, and all registration processes can be executed through “My page”.
Text should be 200 words at the maximum, and the whole abstract (from the title to the main text and the references) must not exceed a half page with the top margin of 30 mm and the left/right margin of 25 mm. The abstract should be written in English, using Times New Roman in 11 point, and the line spacing for the text should be exactly fixed at 13 point as in this template. The text should start without indentation.
The title, author name(s), and affiliation(s) should be in Times New Roman, in the font size specified above, and centered. Underline the name of the author who will present the paper. After the last affiliation, leave one line blank before the main text.
Choose your preference for the presentation style (oral, poster, or either). The decision of oral or poster presentation will be made by the Program Committee. The abstract must be submitted as a pdf file via online at http://www.sces2013.org/index.html. The submitter should first select one category and one topic (T01~T12) from the following list. Then, other information including preferred presentation style, title of the paper, keywords and authors’ information should be provided. The pdf file should be given a file name, consisting of the corresponding author’s name and the selected topic number as follows (author_Txx.pdf).
