1. Proceedings

All SCES 2013 participants are invited to submit a paper to a supplementary issue of Journal of the Physical Society of Japan (JPSJ Supplement). Some of the proceedings of the invited speakers will be published as a special issue of Journal of the Physical Society of Japan (JPSJ Special Topics).

 

2. Proceedings Length

The maximum length of manuscripts is less than 6 pages (one-column format) for a supplement issue, and 8 pages for special topics (two-column format). All the manuscripts will be refereed in the usual manner.

 

3. Sample Files
When you prepare the manuscript, all contributors are required to use the appropriate template file. A LaTeX template file and companion style file are available in the following web page. A word template file is also available.:

4. Submission

4.1 Supplement
The submission of a manuscript “supplement” will be done through JPSJ Online Submission System. The URL will be announced around June 2013.

4.2 Special Topics
The submission of a manuscript for “special topics” can be done through JPSJ Online Submission System in the following URL:
https://solution.dynacom.jp/jpsj/submission/
If you already have ID of JPSJ Online Submission System, you can use it for the submission of a special topics. If you do not have ID, please make the registration for new user in the above URL and then submit the manuscript by following the instruction.
Please be sure to choose “Special Topics” for manuscript section and mention in your comment to Editors that it is a manuscript for JPSJ Special Topics (SCES2013).
