Registration Fee Waivers
The Conference will offer registration fee waivers for a limited number of students and researchers who could not otherwise attend. To request the registration fee waiver, complete this form and email to sces2013@prime-pco.com with the subject “Registration Fee Waivers Request”. The deadline for the applications is April 30, 2013.
The registration fee waivers will be distributed at the discretion of the organizers based on the abstract review. Preference will be given to attendants from less wealthy countries. If you are awarded a registration fee waiver, you will be notified after the abstract review has been completed. This is around the end of May. You would not be requested to pay the registration fee. If you have already paid for your registration fee by this date, the Conference Office will reimburse the registration fee.
